Self Care courses are offered in individual and group sessions depending on client needs.
Topics covered include goal setting, time management, self-care, rest and relaxation, needs, support, asking for help, burnout, etc.
Inspired and Equipped offers a variety of training from short personal and professional development workshops and information sessions, to longer pre-accredited courses with assessments. These workshops/courses are on variety of topics and delivered to suit the needs of the individual or group participants. All sessions are trained and assessed (where applicable) by Indi Leigh (Cert. IV in TAE) who is a trained and qualified trainer and assessor. Our aim is to make each session fun, inclusive, informative, interactive and innovative.

We offer courses aimed at hobby farmers and those interested in learning more about management of livestock.
Introduction to Animal Care course is run over 3-4 weeks and covers a large variety of topics.
Basic First Aid - Livestock is run over one day, It includes theatrical and practical components in a an interactive enviroment.
